KPT的全名為Kai'sPowerTools，屬於專業繪圖軟體的外掛濾鏡，由於它不
但支援MetaCreations的Painter，亦可支援AdobePhotoshop、CorelPhoto
-Paint及友立PhotoImpact等與PhotoShop外掛濾鏡相容的產品，因此，在
專業繪圖軟體上擁有相當的知名度。

KPT7如以往般擁有直覺化圖形介面，新版本提供了許多新的濾鏡特效工具
及微調功能。KPT7提供超過15種全新的濾鏡程式，如ShapeShifter、Frax
-Plorer、Blur及Orb-It等，以及所有KPT6的濾鏡特效。在7.0版中的預計
特效包括了按鈕、底紋材質及遮罩等。新增的濾鏡程式中，ShapeShifter
可用來建立沒有任何限制的外型及物件，及可加入3D光源與不同金屬表面
材質，創造新穎動人的網頁按鈕；FraxPlorer為底紋設計工具，除了全新
的底紋圖案外，也有提供快速的及時預覽效果。Blur是模糊殘影工，擁有
精準的64bit顏色與新的128位元數學演算法，除了使執行速度更快外，也
加強顏色的準確性及微調功能；Orb-It則支援在影像中加入許多不同大小
的球面特效，另外加入3D光源、泡泡特效、濾鏡及文字特效等。
